These terms apply to London Tattoo Shop Guide, an independent directory of tattoo shop businesses in London published by Tattoo London HQ. Every score on the site is computed from public review data using one published rubric (see scoring method); no business pays to be listed or scored. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What listings and scores mean

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to engage any particular business. Scores summarise public review data; they are not a promise about the service you will receive. Check the details that matter to you directly with the business before engaging it. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the information is current, complete, or free of errors.

How this site earns

This site may route enquiries to listed businesses or partners and may receive referral fees for doing so. Fees never affect scores or rankings: those are computed from public review data under the published rubric, and no payment can change them.

If your business is listed here

Corrections, score disputes, and removal requests for listed businesses are handled through the listing policy, which sets out what qualifies and how to submit a request.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact listed businesses through it for genuine enquiries. You may not scrape or republish the compiled directory content, submit false or misleading enquiries through the forms, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Content ownership

Editorial content, scores, and the compiled directory are the property of Tattoo London HQ. We do not claim ownership of the public reviews the analysis is derived from (those remain with their authors), nor of any business name or trademark that appears in a listing.

Liability

Tattoo London HQ provides the site as-is and, so far as the law permits, is not responsible for losses that follow from using it, relying on it, or hiring a business found through it. When you engage a listed business, that relationship is directly between you and the business. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Which law applies

The laws of United Kingdom govern these terms. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

Updates to these terms
